Access Full Gmail Inside a Panel using Gmail Panel Firefox Extension
Gmail Panel allows you to access complete Gmail inside the Panel in Firefox with the unread email notifications.
Many people use Gmail these days as their main email account and it becomes necessary for them to check the inbox in a new browser tab time by time if they don’t prefer keeping the tab open. There are already some extensions like Google Mail Multi-Account Checker for chrome that lets user check their inbox directly from addons bar. These extensions are cool but they don’t provide the complete features like writing the email, replying some, starring the folders and so on.
Gmail panel is a simple yet powerful firefox extension that enables users to directly browse gmail account within a panel that appears when user click the button on the addons bar. A Panel is a popup window and it loads the complete website inside it like in a browser tab and provide users the quickest way to access Gmail account.
The button at the addons bar also notifies users about the unread email. You can then open the inbox with a click and as said earlier, It loads in a panel which is movable and also you can also change the size according to you needs. You can then hide it again with the keyboard ‘Esc’ key.
There are some limitations of the extension like the multi-account support. in overall, I find the extension pretty handy and useful.
